Most dress material brands stop at XL — leaving millions of women without good fabric options.

Even when "plus size" is offered, the fabric length and width are simply scaled up — not designed for the real body.
Synthetic, uncomfortable fabric
Larger bodies need breathable fabric even more. Yet plus size options are often synthetic, stiff and unpleasant to wear all day.

Our plus size dress materials are crafted with specific intention — extra fabric panels, longer kameez lengths and prints scaled to look proportionate on a fuller silhouette.

Generous fabric cuts for XXL–10XL
Each dress material set has enough fabric to stitch a full, comfortable kurti — not a short one. We include extra fabric for proper stitching, longer length and a better fit.

100% pure cotton — breathe freely
We use only pure cotton. It drapes softly, stays cool through the day and is gentle on skin. No synthetic blends, no stiffness, no discomfort. Best for summers

Handblock batik — prints scaled right
Our artisans hand-print each fabric using traditional wax-resist batik. For larger sizes, the motif scale is thoughtfully adjusted so patterns don't look cramped or overwhelming.

Unstitched — your tailor, your fit
Unstitched means you decide the exact silhouette, neckline and sleeve. Your local tailor can make it fit your measurements perfectly — no compromise.
What's in each set
Kurti Fabric
3 metres — enough for a full kurti up to 10XL
Salwar / Pant fabric
2.5 metres — wide enough for a comfortable lower
Dupatta
2.5 metres — matching batik or contrast block print
All sets use the same premium pure cotton base. The fabric is hand-dyed and block-printed by artisans in Mumbai — every piece is slightly unique.

Frequently asked questions
Is the fabric really enough for sizes up to 10XL?
Yes. Each dress material set includes fabric cut specifically to allow stitching of kurtis up to 10XL, including full seam allowances. If you have special measurement requirements, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm the right quantity.
Do I need to find my own tailor?
Yes — our fabric is unstitched, which means you take it to your local tailor who stitches it to your exact measurements. This is actually a big advantage: your tailor knows your body, can adjust necklines, sleeves, and length exactly as you like.
Will my print look the same as in the photo?
Each piece is hand block printed, so slight variations in colour depth and motif placement are natural and expected — they're part of what makes handcrafted batik authentic. The overall design, colours, and pattern will match the listing photo closely.
Is batik fabric comfortable to wear all day?
Absolutely. We use 100% pure cotton as our base fabric. Cotton is breathable, soft, and stays comfortable through long days — especially important in India's climate. The batik dyeing process does not affect the fabric's breathability.
Do you ship across India?
